Purchases and Downloads
All Mobile Intelligence software, whether free, shareware, trial or commercial is copyrighted and owned by Mobile Intelligence Pty Ltd. Your use of the software is governed by the EULA (End User License Agreement) accompanying the distributable.
We will accept no responsibility for any damage caused by the use (or misuse) of Mobile Intelligence software.

Pricing
All prices, unless otherwise stated, are exclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Purchases made from countries other than Australia are exempt from this tax. If you purchase from within Australia, the GST is incorporated into our pricing.
